Norman’S Diner - Kelowna

Norma’s Diner is absolutely one of the best breakfast spots in Kelowna! The place has a great old-fashioned diner vibe that takes you back in time. The food is delicious, portions are generous, and everything is served fresh and hot. The cook and waitress are both fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and they really make you feel at home. It’s clean, affordable, and perfect for families. If you’re in Kelowna, don’t forget to stop by—this is definitely a must-visit!

Everything was excellent! No loud background music making it hard to speak to each other! They even double toast my toast so the butter actually melts!

Truly some of the best service I’ve ever received at a food establishment. Everyone is so kind and friendly and I always left with a big smile on my face. I ordered breakfast from here ahead of time for 6 days before I would go to a training, and by the end I felt like part of their family. They had the best bacon and eggs and the yummiest lattes!! The lavender latte and salted caramel latte were my faves. Stopped in for lunch too one day with some friends and they were all just as pleased with their meals. Would highly recommend you visit this lovely place! I loved it so much I bought their merch :)

This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Kelowna! I had the most delicious burger and steak sandwich here — truly unforgettable. The atmosphere was so beautiful and cozy, I loved every detail. The staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and welcoming. We arrived about 30 minutes before closing, but they greeted us warmly and still served amazing food. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and made with care. Their breakfast is also fantastic — highly recommended! If you’re visiting Kelowna, don’t miss this place. It’s a must!

Well done guys! You pay when you order at the front then find your seat. The front staff were brilliant, special mention to the earrings and tattooed gentleman that took us through our options. After been taken to a table already prepped for our wheelchair we didn't have to wait long for food. Servings were generous and delicious. We had various breakfast items but will soo be back soon for lunch. Bonus bits... washroom was spotless and so easy to take the wheelchair in. This bumped my 4 star review to 5.

Its always a great time at Norman's! I try to come in for Sunday brunch as often as I can as the food is great and the staff are better! I find wait times are reasonable. I love getting to come in and enjoy the atmosphere! During the summer the outside patio is nice to enjoy the weather. Overall I recommend trying Norman's to anyone who wants a great meal with great service!

Such a beautiful and comfortable atmosphere in here! Friendly staff and fantastic food. My partner and I enjoyed the Smoked Salmon Benedict and the “Big Breakfast” and hope to return to try more items in the future. Order at the front counter and find seating inside the dining room or outside on the patio. Wheelchair accessible seating and booth seating are both available.

Atmosphere was super cute! So pleasent. The smell in the restaurant was sooo good.! This light sweet & fruity sent. Pretty sure it was the AMAZING waffles! Crispy on out side (not hard) soft and warm in the middle. Freshly made pumpkin spice latte. Yum! Overall, 4.5 Service could have been more attentive
